「This resort is extremely dated and the rooms have not been kept up well. We stayed on the adults only side, this side lacks a lot and if you want any good food you really have to go over to the Palace side. The best meal we had all week was at Chez which is on the adults only only side but is only open at dinner with reservations. Staff at both side are extremely unfriendly. 「This was my first AIC experience and it was good. The food Selections, staff and property were all great. Went here to celebrate two occasions, birthday and anniversary , and it felt like good pick. It was chill and not as crowded, which is something we wanted.」

「One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.」

「The room they gave us had cockroaches even inside the refrigerator(attached photo) disgusting not clean dusty. They changed us the room to another one and in this one there was a leak on the ceiling the Maintainence guy came in to fix it 3 days after I had to talk to the manager, forgot to mention the hot water coming and going. The staff very very rude only two guys Berlin & Daniel (the receptionist supervisor) was very nice to us the rest rude.」
