"The rooms are great and the pool area is wonderful. WiFi is extremely unreliable, dining options aren’t included or easily accessible unless you go into the city. They do offer a great shuttle in and out of the city which saves on Uber or water taxi expenses but it fills up quickly so plan accordingly. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful. Getting the room cleaned, we had to ask both days to have it done. When we got back to the room it was 4 pm and still not cleaned. The other day it was not cleaned either but we had gotten back a little earlier. Had to walk down to front desk to order room service as no one answered when we called twice trying to order. And the room service meal was not good. So nice hotel, service was lacking. Would stay again if service got better."
