"The hotel is located in an embassy area, which we found to be very quiet and safe. Our room was spacious, featuring one and a half bathrooms. The rooms have been newly renovated with a modern design, and the entire hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring a pleasant experience. Every morning, there were two breakfast options offered, both of which were delicious and visually appealing. We truly had a wonderful stay at The Okura."

"Had a lovely time at the hotel! The room was very clean and neat and had a lot of amenities, and the luggage I had sent several days before arriving was already in the room when I checked in. They were also very quick to reply to an inquiry I had sent prior to check in. We also enjoyed the tea they serve at the reception counter in the morning and the afternoon. The hotel is also near several subway stations."
