「This is a one bedroom hotel type style listing. It has a large bed, couch bed, and nice bathroom. The owner is awesome, he responds immediately to any questions. Outdoor living, the patio is beautiful, the backyard is large and fenced in for pets. It has a boat dock and is an excellent place for fishing. Overall, we had a great experience. 」

「What an incredible place! We booked this rental for a group of 7, which included two families coming together to enjoy a long weekend. We had 3 kids and 4 adults and enjoyed the rental's proximity to Carowinds and downtown Charlotte for a show one night. The home was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents enjoyed that there was very little that we had to do prior to leaving. ...

Cleanliness could be improved on, however when brought to managers attention they offered to deal with it right away.
