"I liked everything especially our sercers at the breakfast buffet, however the woman at the front desk at check out was less than helpful when I asked her about a location on campus she never pointed me to her complimentary map just said she "didn;t know"..very unhelpful!!"

"This is a beautiful location, but it is more like an AirBnB than a hotel. There's no check-in desk and the signage isn't great letting you know that. You get a text or email with your room number and just go straight to your room and key in a code. So there's no front desk to call if you need anything (I couldn't figure out how to turn the AC unit off). It was a beautiful property though and the room and bed were very comfortable!!"

"Absolutely incredible stay at the Bent Mountain Lodge! This spot is a hidden gem - the property has incredible views, beautiful lodging & gracious hosts. We were visiting Roanoke for the marathon and brought our 2 dogs. When we got to the race, we found out our pups had been barking (anxious to be in a new place alone).
