Not as advertised

The check in process was a bit of a nightmare, was told the lock code was 6 digits, but there was a key lock next to the door entering the unit with only 4 digits. I figured there must’ve been a mistake with either the code given or possibly the wrong unit number. I messaged the host asking for help and it took them about 12 hours to respond. The front desk was nice enough but they said they have nothing to do with the Vrbo properties and to contact the host. After hanging around for a couple hours hoping for a reply I went back to the unit to discover that the door handle is actually a smart key that lights up when you hit a button! Would’ve been nice to know before hand. In the unit there was no hand soap or conditioner left in the bottles. Jacuzzi’s didn’t work.
