「The place is laid out well and definitely suitable for larger groups. The place was clean, comfortable beds, fun amenities and good location for getting to/from stores. The pool stopped working our second day due to breaker issues, and never quite heated up to the first day, but otherwise great home to vacation. I would caution anyone wanting to cook that there is only one oven making it really difficult for large groups, but we still managed and had a absolute wonderful time. We would rent this...

「Excellent location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the mall. Trailheads to mountains about 20 minutes away. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Family room and dining area had plenty of room for our family to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked. The amenities for kids was why I chose the home. Everything was a plus. 」

「I live in the Phx metro area and lived in Fountain Hills previously. It was great to get back there and the home was great. Provided a good, relaxing weekend, and we loved the layout of the home. It's late May so pool still a little chilly. But we dealt with it vs paying to have it heated. A great time all in all!」

「Such a cute Townhome in a fantastic location! The space was perfect for our family. The patio was a cute place to hang out, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was an inviting place to gather. We appreciated all the extra touches like snacks at check-in, the doggy door,etc. Would definitely stay here again.」
