"Everything was great, staff was very friendly, great customer service, the hotel is always clean, they were always making sure that everything was okay, also the staff celebrated my birthday , but the only thing we weren't happy was that they didn't have our room ready , so they moved us to a different room and location.We were disappointed because the room had two bed instead of just one. "The staff was courteous and helpful. It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone did not work in the room to make request. "
