"The stay could not have been better. The beach is the nicest I've ever experienced, the hotel, rooms and amenities were perfect, the food wonderful....but the warm and accommodating staff was the best of all. We will definitely be returning to Bavaro Palace!"

"Our honest review of Serenade Adults Only Resort in Punta Cana, DR: We spent 4 nights in a Master Suite with Elite Service and really enjoyed the room—spacious, well-located, and comfortable. The pros: Beautiful beach, a very walkable resort layout, and excellent food at the dinner restaurants. The Elite pool area is quiet and relaxing, and the resort is conveniently close to the airport. The cons: Entertainment (both daytime and evening) felt underwhelming. Drink service at the Elite pool was virtually nonexistent—we had to go to the bar ourselves most of the time. Butler service was limited to helping with dinner reservations and didn’t add much beyond that. The bartenders didn’t seem well-trained and were unfamiliar with several standard drinks. At the Market buffet, only regular coffee is available—ordering specialty drinks like cappuccinos can take up to 15 minutes, as they’re made elsewhere due to a broken machine. The adults-only buffet food was fairly basic; we were hoping for more authentic Dominican options. The biggest downside, however, was the customer service during breakfast and lunch. Service was inconsistent—some tables went unattended for up to 20 minutes, and at one point a server seemed visibly annoyed by a simple drink request. "My friend and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We received the room two hours late because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night and we had to find someone to help us reconnect it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. "
