「Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was great. A coat of paint in the room and this would feel like a brand new hotel.」

「We had a massage and they were fantastic. My husband golfed and said the course was in pristine condition. The restaurant 1878 had a delicious wedge salad and the sirloin steak cooked perfectly. The weather was perfect at 80 degrees. It was a fantastic trip. The staff was friendly and the rooms very clean.」

「The hotel is comfortable and it’s right there by the lake so it is a perfect spot to enjoy Port Washington」

「Rooms are on second and third floors. No elevator.stairs are steep. Steps narrow. Upon our arrival at 3:45PM our room was supposedly ready. However dirty sheets and towels remained on the floor and no bath soap. Also noted a dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Outside building plant foundation areas full of weeds and debris. Hotel rooms have been rehabbed and the decor is great. Location is great.Property needs improved customer focused management 」
