"The location was perfect! The view was lovely. The only drawback was that the hotel restaurant is closed for renovations. That would have been quite enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful!"

"This property exceeded my expectations. The architecture was nice, and the staff made it exceptional. Our room was a king deluxe and had all the bells and whistles. In the lobby, there was live music, pool table, a back patio to get fresh air, and valet parking. The onsite gym was a nice touch as well. Even though I grew up in Milwaukee, I would stay here again no doubt next time I'm in town."

"Booked this place for a week and arrived on a Thursday. By Saturday night, the guests staying next to us were extremely loud and rowdy. They threw a party and blasted music so loudly that the walls were shaking from around 10 PM until 2 AM. I called guest services five times. Staff went to the room twice, and on the third visit they finally asked the guests to leave because they refused to stop the party. The rest of the stay was “okay,” but overall the hotel did not feel safe or well-managed. It seemed like rooms were being handed out without much oversight, and several of the people staying there did not seem like typical hotel guests. Some of the activity and behavior felt sketchy, and I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there for an entire week."

"The room was very nice, looked brand new. The pillows on the bed were bad though. The breakfast buffet was over priced and was equivalent to a free breakfast at a cheap hotel. Not a lot of variety for $25 per person and also the tip was automatically included. Both my wife and I got sick after eating the eggs. Would not recommend the breakfast buffet. Bar was nice, staff was great. No one alerted me that the hotel was under construction until we got there. I booked way in advance and it would've been helpful to know that beforehand. We had a "lake view" and you can kind of see the lake."
