「The hotel used to be smoked in so our non smoking rooms on still smelled like cigarettes. There was piles of laundry in the hallways and a guest spilled food all over the hallway that was still there the next morning when we left. There were kids running up and down the hallways at 11:30 PM. The front desk staff did take the noise level seriously. The kids liked the pool.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
