「We walked into the apartment and my son and I were overcome with the smell of smoke. There was a large sign in the dining room explaining their non-smoking policy. I immediately called the rental company and was told to "open a door to air it out". This was August in Houston! It was near a hundred degrees outside. 「Check in was easy. However we didnt plan on housing with roaches. After seeing roaches in the kitchen and on the eating table it was hard to get past that. The bed was terrible it squeaked every time my spouse turned over and the towels were wore out and although clean had big brown spots on them and looked dirty. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. Wont make the mistake of renting again. 」

「This rental was a perfect location for a family wanting to visit all of the museums and zoo. My kids attended camp at the Houston Zoo for the week. I worked from the apartment during the day and then we explored the area in the afternoon. The apartment was very spacious and had what we needed for the week. 「It was spacious with two nice size en-suite rooms/bathrooms and a pull out bed couch. We got a kick out of the swing, kinda fun when you first arrive. About a 5 minute drive to NGR stadium. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there. Would recommend for the price. Side note- not many towels or cups. Maybe want to bring your own. But a few coffee mugs and keurig pods provided was very nice.」
