「The shower was not working in morning. Room was decently cleaned not upto mark, booked 2 bed room got updated to 1 bed was ok with that but roof top of room has marks of linkings, shower did not worked has to use another rooms shower thank god staff helped with that after 30-45 mins wait. Will not recommend anyone to stay there.」

「This is a clean, well maintained and nicely themed hotel in a safe location in Hamilton. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Baci. That was also nicely designed, clean and good food and service. Wishing we could book another day in June, but that date is fully booked:(.」
