"No one was available to let us in the room so we couldn’t stay there. No person answered the phone and there was no reception office. A very poor experience and we had to find alternative accommodation. "

"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it.
