「This is a no frills hotel but it’s all you need for a night or two stay, it’s clean, beds comfortable, shower was lovely and they put towels and a soap n shower gel new with your towel set. We never used the towels as I always like to bring my own from home. Kettle and coffee n milk jiggers and two cups and there was a full size fridge in the room and a tv on wall. Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.」

「The hotel is a very old building and internally it did look a bit tired but the room was clean and well stocked. Some rooms are in one building and rest are above the pub. Would definitely book again as very convenient to NEC」

「It’s an airport hotel with people arriving at all times of day and night you would imagine, we did arrive early 1330 ish and was told a room might be available in half an hour, fair enough but they told that to every one that arrived after us and then at 1500 announced rooms ready hence big rich and crush with one staff member on duty for both hotels chaos」

I was surprised to be messaged by the management a week before my stay (even though I've booked 3 weeks prior) informing me that I will be charged £30 per night for my dog.
