"The valet service is terrible. Paid 47$ for them to park my vehicle on the opposite side of the hotel without informing me. After waiting 20 minutes for my car, ( requesting via phone does nothing until you show them your ticket physically) I got my keys to find that my brand new vehicle I had purchased 4 days prior to my stay was scratched in multiple spots while in their care. The hotel itself was wonderful and the rooms were great. Five stars there. "

"Seriously one of the nicest places we have stayed! The room was very comfortable and clean with kitchen! Loved that! Valet parking was definitely worth it! Walking around Tampa was very easy! The staff was very professional and helpful! Thank you!"
