「The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. 「We had a great stay here. Super friendly staff, professional, attentive, everything is clean and spotless. The FREE buffet breakfast is really decent and has a wide range of food. You can easily find American breakfast or Mexican style chilaquiles with eggs cooked to order. Bed is not really comfortable and we asked for some blankets but it is not a big problem. 「This hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful, our bed was super comfortable and it felt more like a private condo than a hotel. If the big, all-inclusive hotels are too touristy for you, this could be a great choice. We felt very safe here, the hotel is on a private road with a guard shack so limited traffic and easy to walk along daily. There's a beautiful cenote just a few minutes walk away.
