Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day. Renting a car was a must for us, made trips to the grocery store and wandering the main street in Tulum very easy - less than a 10 min drive. Would absolutely rent this room or from this owner again.
