We loved how close the unit was to Colorado Street, the San Miguel River, and the free gondola to Mountain View. We were pleased that the television and Roku until was modern. “The property is definitely small but ultimately plenty big for two people looking for a place to sleep after a day of exploring! Bathroom was surprisingly big compared to the rest of the space. We appreciated the snacks and drinks waiting for us when we got there and the location is perfect for easy walking access to Main Street.”

“Very nice condo. Great location. Perfect for a couple. 4 people would be very snug. Internet didn’t work but good cell reception so didn’t need it. We would stay here again ”

“Awesome location. This condo was an easy drive to the ski slopes and Durango restaurants and activities. The resort is very nice. Has a fitness center and indoor pool, restaurants and bars. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a nice tv. Very clean. The kitchenette had coffee and coffee makings for the single cup keurig. Enough cookware for light cooking on 2 burner stove or toaster oven. We have no complaints. Had a wonderful vacation.”
