We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Had a great stay overall, and the reception staff were always extremely helpful and approachable. We had a crisis with my wife breaking her arm, which extended our stay 4 days, but the hotel did absolutely everything they could to help.
