施設の方の対応は丁寧だったが、清掃がいきとどいてなかった。また、トイレットペーパーが宿泊日数に足りなくなり買いにいかなくてはいけなかった。

すごく残念。

ホテルへ着いた時 外観がオシャレで素敵でしたが、中に入ると床はホコリで汚れ、テレビのリモコンは電池切れで操作できず、ドライヤーは断線気味で接触が悪くバチバチいってて危ない、何より私は料理をするのが好きで旅先でもご飯は自分で作りたいからアパートメントホテルを選んでいるのにキッチン周りが汚すぎる。まな板としゃもじは黄ばんでいて お皿やコップ、スプーン等は水垢がついていて 食材を買っていたのですが こんな状態じゃ食事を作る気になれませんでした。一緒に宿泊した友人にご飯を作ると言っていたので わざわざキッチン用のアルコールスプレーを買ってキッチンの備品を除菌し1度は作りましたが宿泊前の対応は良かっただけに とても残念です。申し訳ないですが もうこのホテルは利用したくないです。

宿泊前の対応が不快

宿泊前に持ち主から宿泊者全員の写真付きの身分証を送るように言われたので、2名分送ったところ、持ち主から、1名の予約が入ってるが2名か聞かれたので、予約内容を確認するとちゃんと2名で予約出来ていました。2名で予約していると伝えても、2名でも1名の料金と同じだからまぁいい。と言われ、こちらがズルしてるみたいな感じになりとても不快な思いをしました。Hotels.comの予約のコピーを送りましたが、それでも謝罪の言葉もなく、何事もなかったように鍵の受け渡しの方法を前日の夕方に送ってきました。宿泊先は良かったのですが、宿泊前の対応が最悪で不快でした。キャンセル料がけっこう前からかかるので泊まりましたが、また同じような対応をされるかと思うと、もう泊まりたくありません。

洗濯機に洗濯途中のタオルが大量に入っていた。 湯船に水が半分ほど溜められていた。 シンクの食器を乾燥させるケースに使用したグラスがいくつかあった。 使用済みのブラシが洗面所に置いてあった。 クローゼットに雑巾や掃除用品と洗濯済みのシーツ類が一緒に入れられていて汚かった。 スリッパが使い捨てでなく、水虫などが非常に気になった。 ベッドにダニがいたのか、朝起きたら片耳が赤く腫れ上がっていた。 とにかく気味の悪い宿泊場所だった。 返金してもらいたい。二度と泊まらない。

駅近便利なアパートメント

無人のアパートメントタイプのホテルです。建物へのアクセス方法やカギの受け渡しについて画像つきの分かりやすいメール連絡があったので、問題なく入室できました。簡素ですが、洗濯機や調理器具なども揃っているので快適に過ごすことができました。

家のように、くつろげる環境が整っておりました。 4泊だったのですが、洗濯も出来、浴室乾燥もあり、 快適に過ごさせていただきました。 連絡も丁寧に対応してくださいました。 また、近隣にスーパー・コンビニ・ドラッグストアも有り、駅近と立地もとても便利でした！ 大きなスーツケースの方は、階段が少々大変かもしれません。しかし、私は機会があれば、またお願いしたいです。
