"This was a truly beautiful space to stay in. Everything is clean, and the well maintained. It has a very homey feeling and you don’t feel like you are staying in a hotel, but rater a special guest in someone’s lovely home. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe at all times inside and around the area. If you are a history lover, like me, you will be fascinated by all of the pieces inside the home, you can tell it was decorated with a lot of care, consideration, and that love was poured into every corner. This is obviously an older home, so do not expect to have a TV in your room, but you will be able to access wifi and the AC was awesome too even when weather outside was almost at 100 degrees! Julieth the innkeeper was AMAZING, she gave me a thorough tour of the house, answered all of my questions and gave me some background and historical information. What I appreciated the most, though were the little details that made me feel taken care of, like the delicious, homemade banana and pumpkin spice muffins, the glass of wine, and the quick replies to my questions through text, she was so patient and gracious throughout the entire stay. After a long day at my conference, I would walk over to the pool area, dip my toes in the cold water and drink my glass of wine, it really felt like heaven, you will not be disappointed by staying here!"
