“The parking is terrible but there are some positives. Staff is layed back and friendly. They do not bother you. The rooms are like efficiencies fully equipped with silverware, pots, pans, plates. Great if you need to stay a few days and want privacy. It is busy though cause it's a beach entrance for people. If you get the room on the end the oceanfront room it's pretty nice. The view is somewhat blocked but when you lay back on the bed you can watch the sunrise and it's still beautiful. Life is……

“Staff was great, nice and helpful. Room was not clean. Floor was slick with condensation from wall AC, but at least it was ice cold in the room! Had to wash all the hair out of the tub before showering then dried off with very worn towels with stains. Before we could sleep, it was a game of "Who Can Kill The Most Roaches." That was not cool! Bedspreads were clearly not washed. Felt icky and smelled. Tub faucets and spouts were so rusted and jagged from years of use and being close to the……

“Many cockroaches and other bugs in the room everywhere. AC barely worked properly. And shower did not turn on at all”

“They never cleaned the pool it was full of sand and the room was never cleaned the sand on the floor was terrible room air didn't really work we had to move from our ocean view because of the air but the air was the same I had to buy a fan and still was not cool not enough hot water and poor pressure they did give us a discount on the room when we had to move but I would never stay again”

“Motel right on the beach. An older property but well maintained and suited our needs perfectly for the one night. We spent a nice leisurely morning on the beach / pool before checking out. Room was clean, no issues parking and no pests plus room was cold.”

“Old school vibe and hotel/motel. And everything else was just old and outdated. Needed lots of TLC. Didn’t really seem like the room was cleaned properly, flies in the bathroom, dead. Stains on the bathroom wall, that I cleaned with the washcloth. But it was easy access to the beach, Tiki bar seems like a lot of locals, which was OK. Beds were decent and air-conditioning. Worked well.”

Cons: Never got a check in email 24 hours prior with instructions as states on Expedia or door code.. The door code was suppose to be the last 4 of the phone number (it wasn't) it was the door number.. Locks on the door was misaligned and couldn't lock the door at night.. “Nice simple clean place to stay , no frills but great for price”

“I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.”
