"I am going to university of Iowa, so this is the best hotel for me, it is right at the university, share the same building with the memorial Union. This give you privilege to park in the university garage with in out privilege which is great! "

"Check in was fine. Room was nice. Surprised there was no fan in the bathroom. Pool was closed, but I would think by the room being poolside, it could be pretty loud outside the sliding door if the pool was being used. Breakfast had "waffles," but they weren't the kind you bake yourself. They were toaster waffles so we didn't bother with breakfast. Overall a nice property for a rural Iowa city."
