「Had a reservation. When we tried to check in, we waited 35 minutes to talk to someone who informed us that they were no vacancies. We were told we would need to contact the OYO booking agency right away for a refund. Spent 45 minutes jumping through hoops to be told the customer number I had wasn't the correct number, and there was nothing that could be done, unless I jumped through more hoops. Total scam. Impossible to get refund.」

「This is a nice hotel. It’s a bit older, but I stayed in the refurbished, train-themed room. Everything is nice, I just wish the room had more power outlets and an iron & ironing board. Breakfast was just a waffle iron and coffee, but you can find breakfast locally.」

「The staff was exceptional and the rooms were large. My only issue was with Expedia unfortunately. I booked through their app and one of the pictures shows a grill and says "grill/picnic area". We brought along nice steaks to throw on the grill in celebration of our anniversary. However, the grill was not for public use! Very misleading. The hotel staff tried to make it right by upgrading our room to one with a kitchen, but we turned it down. Our room was fine, just disappointed. Pool area...
