「The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.」

「Staff was amazing! We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in early. Dog fee is only $15/night and we traveled with a big 65 pound malamute. Room was spacious, refrigerator worked (almost too well). Breakfast was standard (waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, juice, etc.). Checkout was a breeze, heated pool, quiet, convenient location. Will return again for future trips to Tempe 😊」

「I looked for a motel specifically for the hot tub, it and the exercise room were out of order, would have chosen another further out of phoenix and in a better location」

「We go the hotel around 6pm, they first sent us to a dirty room. It was completely unmade as if guests have just left. We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. She said she can only find us a king bed, so we had to deal with it. We went up to the new room and it turned out to be two queen beds. Which was beneficial to us, but still upsetting that she didn’t even know the...
