“The hotel A/C was not up to par when it’s 110 degrees outside. The tv in the room didn’t work. The remote was broken could not turn down the volume and get a correct channel to stay. The room key did not work had to go back to the front desk. No one was there waited…. A maid came by and asked her if she knew where she was. Had no clue. Called the front desk while standing there no one came to pickup the phone. Another maid came by asked again. I was hot tired and finally another clerk showed……

“The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.”
