「Excellent location, close to all attractions in Austin. Spacious condos, modern styles. Easy parking, I literally felt like being at home there. The only negative was the AC's lowest temperature set point was 68 degrees, not the perfect temperature for my sleep, and the rooms were a bit less cold than the living room because of the limited air pressure. That was a struggle; I like my room to be colder. Absolutely recommended!」

「Upside: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean。 Breakfast has variety of food and drinks. Good location. Downside: The A/C and the refrigerator are bit noise。」

「Beautiful view, right in the heart of Rainey. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is really only with the staff coming off as pretentious. The amenities were a nice touch.」

「Finalllyyyy! Somebody is getting it right! Hilton is doing an amazing job with these properties in partnership with a Placemaker. We travel a fair bit and often looking for a property that offers a kitchen or kitchenette, centrally located, parking, laundry and Wi-Fi. But with a high standard that we can count on!! Plus the flexibility to stay one night or three months at a price that makes sense! Well done to Hilton and Placemaker, for us you have set the standard and something we will look...

「The reception desk staff were pleasant and helpful. When we had a maintenance issue in our room, it was resolved within minutes. All of the furnishings were clean, but very worn, and outdated. The lighting in all the rooms was very dim. Although it was mid-July and we had the a/c set at 68 degrees, the room vents started blowing out very warm, humid air in the middle of the night, which made the room stifling, and impossible to sleep in. One of the elevators wasn’t working.」

「There’s a 100$ deposit they don’t mention. Parking is 35-70$ a night. Austin is trying to keep the tourists away. The hotel was ok, it was cheaper than the parking and deposit. Wouldn’t stay in Austin again. Cost to much to visit, I’d like to spend my money in businesses not parking. Was a homeless man with his pant around his knees walking around in front of hotel.」
