“we were looking for a hotel at the end of our trip and came here and were so positive surprised. This hotel is amazing. From the extreme welcome of the staff and the beautiful layout of the hotel you feel like you are on a jungle vacation. They have a super nice, clean and large pool area and we were there all by ourselves. they will give you a shuttle to the entrance of the Jaguar park, as well as a band so you can ride the electric transportation in the park to go to the national park beaches……

“Excelente lugar”

“Great spot for relaxing and nature escape. Helpful staff.”

“Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. ”

“Checked all the boxes. Loved the attention to removing seaweed. Service was great!”

“非常理想的度假别墅”

“Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going.”

“Property was just like it’s advertised. We loved that the location was a bit remote, but had a little beach bar (which allows dogs 🐶🐾) next to it. The manager Tony is very friendly and accommodating. Our housekeeper Norma was great. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean. Only recommendation is to bring bug spray. We had a Great time!”

“El lugar muy agradable y limpio, solo hubo problema al hacer el check in, no había nadie, no tenía instrucciones claras y después de que me comuniqué, la persona que nos recibió tardó 20 min en llegar”

“There is issues with insufficient pressure for plumbing, unhelpful staff and it is NOT all inclusive despite being advertised as such. There is nobody to check you in, just directions on how to get your keys. Considering there is not much around you're better off being anywhere else.”

“El mejor hotel🤍El chef uno de los mejores del mundo🤍El staff increìble🤍Una de las mejores experiencias de mi Vida. Gracias, Gracias, Gracias🤍”

“The house and cenote is beautiful.”

“Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. ”

“The location on Soliman's Bay is stunning and protected from sargassum by the barrier reef. The hotel property is similarly stunning: beautiful rooms, a beautiful restaurant, a refreshing pool, and many well-appointed commons and recreational spaces. It's really beautifully designed--picturesque, architecturally impressive, relaxing, with scenic views over the mangroves and the bay, with abundant wildlife, and great swims. Snorkeling immediately in front of the hotel is not as good as the……

“Horrible lugar las habitaciones de lo más sucio cucarachas insectos y la playa está llena de zargaso con un olor horroroso que entra alas habitaciones fue como una pesadilla pasar una noche allí el inodoro se tapó al primer uso tuvimos que salir de ese lugar ala mañana siguiente nada es igual a las fotos que están en el anuncio de ese horrible lugar”

“The staff is great.”

“My wife and I just celebrated our 35th anniversary with Bahia Principe and we enjoyed it very much. This was our first stay but we were treated so well I'm sure it won't be our last. I'd recommend it to anyone.”
