Cancun Xoximilco Hotels

"Overall it’s great- a few things could be improved. The drinks machine by reception is awful - and the steak dinner downstairs restaurant was disappointing - too much of the steak was fatty and the chips cold. When you try and say something it gets ignored. The guy serving all on his own in rooftop bar deserves recognition - but couldn’t help think someone else should have helped at least serve the hot food. So handy for the airport though and an overnight stay, comfy bed etc "

"We went with a big group to celebrate a birthday. Ages ranged from 19-38. We all wished there were more activities to do at the resort. But if you’re looking for more action and activity, I would say look elsewhere. If you’re looking for relaxing then it’s a great place. We also saw mold in the shower head and the holder for the soap was wobbly, so the rooms weren’t the cleanest and top condition. The beach was actually very pretty, the days we went they cleaned the sargassum so we were able to enjoy the beach and its soft sand. The restaurants were good and the staff was awesome. Our biggest upset was the resort not willing to offer us a partial refund for the one night we had to leave early due to our flight cancellation back home. All flights were cancelled Sunday so we had to re-book either Saturday or wait until Tuesday/Wednesday so we chose to fly out on Saturday as we didn’t know how long we’d be stuck in Cancun if we didn’t take the earlier Saturday flight. "

"A lot of great things to say about this resort. Rooms: First, the resort is all ocean front and all rooms are ocean facing as well. We got the F& F deck and as a family of 4 was perfect bc there is a small room in the front where the kids each had a twin bed and their own tv Pool: same, bc of the way the resort is laid out lots of places to be by the pool, saltwater pool is a bonus and plenty of space and place to hangout poolside."
