「The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. 「The hotel has a great location next to the Cathedral. Only problem is that it’s hard to get to with luggage, since cars & taxis can not get to the entrance. All the employees were helpful, talkative, and enjoyable. The free breakfast has a huge assortment of goodies and even hot items.. The one problem I do want to address is parking your car. When I reserved, it said parking available.. For some reason, I expected it nearby and free. The parking lot is a good 15 minutes walk from the hotel....

「Good location, we walked into town a few times or a short bus/taxi ride. Bus right outside the hotel including the airport bus. Really good breakfast, some more vegetarian options would be great. Staff especially reception staff were really helpful. Didn't like: upgrading to partial sea view was disappointing.」
