It is modern, clean (almost to a fault), organized, spacious, almost everything works (need to repair some shower latches and handles), the "bunks" (more like capsules) are well-equipped and very private with accordion doors that keep light out. "This place was great. It felt very quiet even though you are in the middle of the city. We found the location to be great. The breakfast was really good and served in the courtyard. Staff was very friendly. The bed is a little hard and the shower didn’t stay on but other wise we enjoyed our room. The best part is that we were able to leave our bags there after checking out and after touring the hot city all day they gave us towels and let us take showers. So convenient! "

"An old wooden building with excellent value rooms. Shared bathrooms are clean with good water pressure. Downstairs rooms have en suite bath with TV and aircon. Right on the river. Perfect for catching an onward train. Family run guesthouse with laundry service and assistance booking local tours and transportation. I have stayed here several times and look forward to my next visit. They also offer showers for non guests for only 50 baht if you want to clean up before your onward travel. This...

"Fantastic location within walking distance from Nana BTS and housed beside a 7-Eleven convenience store. Plenty of shower and toilet cubicles within the gender-separated washrooms. Not considered family-friendly due to the sale of weed on ground and top floors. No outside food allowed within the premises too. Aircon is off 8am-2pm and 4pm-8pm. Bar music could be heard till 3am (and BTS starts running at 6am plus) so this place is more suited for solo-travelling night owls. Be mindful...
