"Hotel has free shuttle pickup from and to airport. The signs in the airport are very clear and easy to find. The shuttle is very punctual! If you miss one you need to wait for 1 hour for another. The hotel also allows late check out without any extra charge which is very considerate and convenient."

"The room layout was nice. Closet was walkin style next to the nice ample bathroom so the sleeping area felt separate. I wish the gym had more equipment but the pool is nice long - good for taking laps"

They are trained well and knows how to help you but no smile on the face just do the job done. "I stay here for a concert in NTSU, which is only one station away. Love my stay here, the room is spacious and clean. The staffs are helpful and attentive. Will stay here again for another concert trip :)"

"Very nice room, only thing possibly missing was a desk (some other rooms have them), but I didn't need one anyway. Staff very helpful when I needed anything. Free pool table, snacks, coffee downstairs. Didn't check out the gym, bar or restaurant though. At the time of writing, google maps plots two locations for "Episode Hsinchu", and one is wrong! Make sure you look for hotel episode hsinchu. Area not too interesting, but cabs aren't expensive anyway. There's a ubike stand right outside which...

"First time staying at this location. It was very convenient for us as it was close to our suppliers. The rooms were clean, hotel was nicely renovated, breakfast was well rounded and the nearby university provided a good outdoor run route. Overall it was a fantastic value."
