"This hotel truly feels like the Hawaii of China, peaceful, welcoming, and the perfect place to recharge. I stayed here during a short stopover before my trip back to America, and it was exactly what I needed. The receptionist was especially kind and went out of their way to help me order a taxi, making my transit smooth and stress-free. Thank you for your warm hospitality! "

"This is the newest hotel in Haikou and opened during the pandemic period. Had high expectations as I last visited in 2018 and this was still building and I stay at nearby Hilton Haikou. A few issues we had which is why we gave 3-star rating: 1. The hotel’s main lobby and breakfast at all day dining area was located at 35th and 34th floor respectively but the rooms are located at lower levels… very odd planning 2. The corridor way from lift lobby to rooms are designed using dark colors… makes it...
