Perfect stay in Arandas

The entire stay was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and shower was great. The ladies at reception were so kind and helpful too! I also loved the terrace on the 4th floor, it was great for lovely views of Arandas. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this hotel azul agave. On10/07/2023 My wife and I we were ready to check out on Saturday 10/08/2023 and we left the room but under the pillow I forgot my wallet with $20,000 cash and my credit cards ID well we went to check out and went to get our vehicle from the parking lot when I realized that I forgot my wallet in the room under the pillow. I asked in front desk and she said the people the clean the rooms they haven’t returned any wallet but the keep it for them since was $20,000 pesos in cash I spoke to the owner he didn’t take any responsibility of my wallet stolen from the cleaning people my advice to anyone stay in the hotel don’t stay but if you don’t have a choice take care your things of value don’t trust this place the worse’s places ever

El personal excelente! pero la instalaciones son muy pequeñas, sin aire acondicionado, aveces el ruido de la calle no deja dormir, no cuenta con espacio para trabajo de oficina, el restaurante no está en el hotel, no tiene gym. Todo está cerca, muy buena ubicación. Para viaje de negocios no es recomendable.

La estadía en el hotel fue realmente decepcionante. Aún más, me pareció un irrespeto. Cómo es posible que estando el clima a temperaturas de más de 35 grados no haya en su hotel ni aire acondicionado ni al menos ventiladores? Especialmente teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de mosquitos que hay en el hotel?

Muy mal servicio, muy ruidoso, las paredes muy delgadas, la cama no era queen como dice ser, el estacionamiento muy lejos del hotel y sin espacio para los vehículos del hotel el personal hacía mucho escándalo a las 7 am sin respetar que estábamos dormidos y se oía todo el escándalo
