“Beautiful property”

“Everything was clean, well-appointed and beautiful. Would absolutely stay again.”

“The unit was clean and the Hot tube was amazing! The stay was enjoyable and very relaxing! I was in a down stairs unit so there was some noise with heavy footed people above me but it was a great place.Suggest that maybe more cooking pots for making dinner.”

“The location was so convenient to the beaches. Very relaxing and a great place to go to truly feel like you are in a tropical oasis.”

“Wonderful, old-Florida feel with modern touches. Jay is a wonderful host, the place was exactly as described, clean as a whistle, comfortable, everything worked, quiet, relaxing, I can't find enough superlatives to describe how much we enjoyed the VRBO.If you're a gardener, you;re going to absolutely LOVE what Jay has done with his 4 acres. If you like fresh seafood, you MUST drive 15 minutes down the main road to Island Crab Seafood (St. James City, not the processing facility in Pine Island……

“We had an amazing weekend at Pura Vida in the Penthouse apartments. I have never worked with a VRBO owner that was as attentive to questions or as accommodating at Katja. The apartments are spacious, spotless and so relaxing! Will definitely go back!”

“Great place. Clean and comfortable. Communication with host was quick and easy.”

“Our room was very clean. We enjoyed a heated pool a couple of times. It was a good vacation for us as we were visiting with family and friends in Englewood and Venice. We also traveled south to Punta Gorda to a sculpture garden. This would be a perfect place to stay for a few more weeks.”

“Host was great”

“The house was nice and clean but there was no access to the beach and we ended up having to go to other beaches”

Signs are everywhere in the condo – do this, don’t do this. The management company is accommodating for an additional price. If you have a……

“My husband and I were visiting family and friends in the area. It was a perfect place for us! It was a convenient location for beaches, etc. Definite 5 stars from us!”

“Amenities at the apartment/condo was exactly as described. Easy 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing getaway for a few days.”

“Great location and set-up of the property. On site- grill, beach wagon, umbrellas, sifters, shell shovels, etc.. Very quiet location and can walk across the street to see the sunset. Beaches are very close, as well is dining, and water craft rentals. Checkin/out very easy. I recommend this location for your vacation rental.”
