"What a sweet hotel! Lovely staff, especially the breakfast hostess! She took great care of us! I am handicapped and everyone at this property were so helpful! Respectful, kind, even the Manager assisted when I needed help one morning! The property was Very clean. There is a restaurant next door which we enjoyed for lunch every day we were in Rome. Don't hesitate to book this hotel."

"During my recent stay at The Republic Hotel, I was genuinely impressed by the phenomenal concierge administration. The staff—Jacopo, Alberto, and Kaycee—made me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. Their friendliness and attentiveness greatly enhanced my experience. They went above & beyond in several instances. For instance, they ensured that my mother’s dinner reservations at the independent hotel were arranged. I also appreciated their care when I ended up with sore, cut-up feet from all the walking and day tours I had scheduled. Every day, they provided bandaids and checked in on my comfort, which I truly valued. Breakfast was another highlight. Given my early day trips, the staff accommodated my requests for earlier breakfasts, whether it was preparing a to-go box or serving a delicious meal before the standard hours. Their flexibility made my mornings much smoother. The housekeeping team was equally impressive, keeping our room meticulously cleaned and maintained, always ensuring it met my requests. A particularly memorable experience occurred when I realized I had left all my tech gadgets behind after a long night of organizing due to a flight delay. I contacted the hotel staff in a panic, and they quickly arranged to ship my belongings back to me in NY. Their swift response & dedication to resolving the issue were incredibly reassuring. I am immensely grateful to the entire staff for their extraordinary service. I will definitely rebook in the future"

"Location was fantastic for us. Room need some care. Bedding (comforter) was stained. Broken utensils, bottle opener and wine opener. We let them know and nothing done about this. Opening wine, in Italy, was very difficult without a cork screw! Over all a good place, but would be better if the details were addressed."
