In all fairness, we never got to stay at Adhara Express. On our way to Adhara Express our shuttle driver informed us that the hotel was closed. We arrived there and it quickly became apparent that they were in fact closed. Our driver spoke to the security guard who redirected us to another Adhara hotel. Again, in all fairness, this one was slightly better and was comfortable. Our issue is that Expedia should have warned us of the situation. If our driver had not “gone the extra mile “ no pun intended, we’d would’ve been essentially stranded in the middle of Cancun not knowing where/how to get to the other hotel. When we spoke with Expedia we were told that the hotel should have advised us.

Im Grossen und Ganzen war ich zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Einrichtungen und Lift teilweise durch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer selber war super, gross und sehr gut eingerichtet, hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Für einen kurzen Stopp passt dieses Hotel.
