Me cambiaron del aldhara expréss al aldhara hacienda. Y el gerente tiene la peor actitud para ese puesto arrogante, altanero mejor evitar que me solucione mi problema y quedarme con el.

What a wonderful 3 stars hotel!. It was spotless clean, good smell, most of the personnel were very efficient and kind. The breakfast included I would say was like a complete self serve buffet brunch. The only cons were: the gated parking was quite small and open air, they didn't clean the leafs from the swimming pool very often (no biggie), and the worst con was the Internet, because it was very spotty in our room, out in the common areas it was way better. But overall, super recommended, we are totally satisfied. Thank you guys.

I liked that my room was very clean and the staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. But the pillows were as hard as a brick, there was no refrigerator, no clock or radio 'and no drawers to put your clothes in.

I didnt like the matress on the bed it was too hard also the tiny baby pillows were like brick.There were no refrigerator or phone in the room.There were a iron the room but no iron board.Was also surprise there was no coffee maker or condiments in the room.Unfortunately I was unable to bought juice.The room is very clean also the breakfast is very excellent. This was a nice safe hotel to stay at, air conditioning worked really well, good restaurants around and love how close it is to market 23 and market 28, and a little back market that has shows on weekends! Definitely reccommend. The pool isnt heated but makes for a great cool off, and breakfast was delicious with coffee out on the deck.
