Disliked: Communication
Communication with agency in charge of place was slow at first, glitchy. Air conditioning needs upgrade, too loud and looks like it needs maintenance. A shower curtain or similar would be helpful to avoid getting water all over the place when you shower. A door bracket would avoid the door slamming from the air that channels in when the balcony door is open. There’s a lot of little ants that come in throughout the kitchen area as well.
