“Very nice hotel for me!!”

“We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,……

“I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake. The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.”

“Ample parking space, some at the back of the property as well as the front. Booking in was straight forward enough but they wanted a payment card handed over so that they could make all the entries instead of putting a card through a card reader. This is a little unsettling and if there is any anomalies with my bank statement they will be the prime suspects. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. “So utterly dissapointed in this hotel.. had been looking at it for a while and decided to finish my holiday here.. wish we had not stayed, the staff are very polite and the evening meal was good quality, tbe selection on the menu was quite restrictive but my selection was excellent.. Breakfast was such a dissapointment for me, I always go for continental, all that was available was a slice of cheese, two slices of salami and there was one croissant left.. no more available..fruit salad was……

“Conveniently Friendly Excellence”

“The hot tub was excellent and we used it earlier each day. Although we took most things with us there was a general store just a few yards away. There were two small issues which I brought to the attention of the host and they were dealt with immediately.”

“这个酒店是带spa的度假型酒店，有游泳池、spa和很大的健身房，很适合休闲度假。我们预订的家庭房挺不错，预订时还以为只是一个大房间里加了沙发床，结果房间里还隔出了单独的小卧室，只是小卧室偏小了一些，刚好放下两个单人床，但客厅相对较大，且客厅中的沙发床很大，总体适合一家3-4口度假居住。略有不足是酒店不在切斯特市中心，而是在市郊大约10分钟车程的位置，总体还算方便，性价比较高。”

“Lovely house, not too far from Chester”

“Superb stay - couldn’t ask for more. Lovely modern property, easy to check-in/out, hot tub was brilliant (children are allowed to use it under supervision). Excellent facilities.”

“The location of the property is fantastic. The biggest disappointment was we stayed over a very hot weekend and there was no installed air-conditioning therefore a Mobile Aircon unit was brought to the room but it didn’t work and the room was absolutely sweltering all weekend. We couldn’t sleep during the heat and it spoilt our stay.”
