「The trip was over my birthday and the staff even surprised me with a special birthday decorated room!!!!! Breakfast "buffet" is always fresh options and very tastey!! We will always stay at Casa Mexicana when in Cozumel!!!!」

「We absolutely adore this property! We visit this location a lot with our adult children, and it consistently ranks as the best place on the island. While I won’t disclose the names of any hotels, we’ve stayed at all the major ones and keep returning to this particular hotel. During our last stay in July, my daughter’s 21st birthday was celebrated, and they went above and beyond to plan the most extraordinary day. We embarked on a yacht adventure and indulged in the most delectable birthday cake...

「We have stayed at 3 different properties in Cozumel. Park Royal: nice room but terrible food. Hotel Cozumel: room was dated but comfortable and Good Food. El CID: The best! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was great (I always stick to fish, chicken, or pork in Mexico as a rule, no beef.) Every plate of food I had was fantastic. The service was great. Bed was comfy and the snorkeling was fantastic! I highly recommend El CID. 」

「Wonderful boutique hotel. Perfect for people that want chilled out calm. Space to relax. Wonderful staff, we loved our room - a beachfront bungalow. Half board, 4 courses for dinner and a wide breakfast choice. All delicious. 」

「We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)」
