“Hotel Bethany Beach was lovely! We got vouchers for beach chairs and an umbrella every day, two free tickets for dino mini golf, and a decent breakfast every morning. The location is awesome; just minutes from the beach (you could walk, drive, or take the trolley). The staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!”

“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”

“I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.”

“I have been coming for years and overall love it. Room cleaning could be better. Especially take the empty glasses and cups. My serious complaint are the bathrooms. If you do not replace the tub with shower, at least put a rope on the shower head. Then I can easily clean my body...... I will definetely come back”

“We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. We had our two children (5 and 7) and they were beyond happy with this……

“I really wanted to give this hotel a glowing review. They have a great location, super easy access to the beach, good views, and a fantastic room layout that worked really well for us and our 2 little kids. We had two major issues. First, the internet and cell service is horrible. We could only use our phones on our balcony and none of the wifi services on the TV worked. Secondly, I complained 3 times about our neighbor constantly smoking on their balcony and I was brushed off and insulted.……

“The room was clean, but very musty smelling. The walkways and stairs had garbage on them. For 3 days no one cleaned them. Beds were left unmade, only garbage from room removed. There were neighboring rooms that looked like they had too many people in them, just hanging out, and it was noisy. Had a trailer park vibe! Pool was nice, though! ”
