“We came down for five to celebrate my birthday and the owner really make us feel welcome! First we make the reservation one day before we were scheduled to be there and he was able to accommodate us. The villa was in great condition. Everything worked, plenty of kitchen utensils, clean and only a five minute walk to the beach!! But what make it even more greater was that Mr. Jim stayed in contact with us to see how we were doing! I could go on and on, but I think I have wrote enough for now.……

“Nice property and very clean!! Beds are comfortable. Beach is close. All you could want to take to the beach is provided. Bike Doctor came in clutch! Biking on the beach was amazing! Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. Front courtyard with table was good for gathering. The property was quiet and relaxing! The pool was closed for repairs, but the owner made it right. Overall this is a 10/10!! Will recommend and stay again! Our family enjoyed ourselves! ”

“The villa was as advertised, updated and clean with easy check-in/out process. We had a great stay, the location was perfect to nearby beach, walking path, restaurants and social activities including great golf courses. We enjoyed option of relaxation on either of the (2) outside sitting areas. It was our 8th annual visit to Hilton Head and this property was simply one of the best we stayed at with everything needed to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart) to indoor games for the rainy……

“We had a wonderful time here! This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes. Overall the house was tidy and it’s somehow even bigger in person than it looks in the pictures. Kathy was very accommodating and responsive whenever we had questions. It was nice and quiet, but just a short drive or bike ride from the beach, the pool, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!”
