「The Sanctuary was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. It was very nice and elegant yet was not stuffy at all. We were all very comfortable on the property. The amenities were good. Lots of kids activities. The beach is quiet and clean. Service was impeccable. It will cost you though! Everything is very pricey」

「My daughter and I went on a short mother/daughter trip before her senior year. The check-in process was easy, valet was quick, the people were friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous! I loved being able to grab a cup of coffee in the morning and the texting feature for valet and housekeeping was a nice touch. The location can’t be beat! It’s near everything or a short walk away! Definitely will stay at the Lodge Alley Inn again!」

「Very comfortable and clean location. The employees at the location were very kind and helpful. One made quite a few odd and kind of rude comments toward me, but other than that the stay was wonderful. I didn't spend much time in the room because I was enjoying exploring Chareston, the building was in a great central location on King Street. Made walking and biking a breeze.」
