「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「Entire staff was friendly; couldn't ask for better. Our butler, Pablo,was also very helpful and responded to all requests. But I do wish more merengue and typical music was played. 」

「I left my credit card in my bag while I went out for an excursion. A cleaner tried using both my credit cards in a website. At first I thought it was random then I noticed it was the only two cards I brung with me to DR. That was terrible of them to do on so many levels.」

「I did not like the hard sale for an upgrade on room which did not enhance my experience other than the butler. Room had issues with toilet area commode seat broken. Would not do the upgrade again!!」

Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
