Simple flat, but very clean, with everything you need, and in great location

The property is in a 5 story building with a lift. It's on the top floor. The flat is very clean and comfortable. It has all appliances you might need including a dishwasher and washer/drier. It's in the perfect location. 5-10 min walk from Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Parliament. St. James Park tube station is 100 meters from the building. The only downside was the lock on the front door that was almost impossible to open or close. It should be changed. I also want to complement Hostmakers who responded to all our questions very quickly via email or phone. They met us on time by the building, explained everything to us, and gave very useful tips. Thank you, guys! We enjoyed our London stay very much!

Property was as advertised. comfy bed, great kitchen. Unbelievable location. Right next to Tube. Minutes from Buck and grocery store around the corner. Will stay there next time in London.

Great location

This is in a great location in London; very close to public transportation, fun eateries and tourist attractions. Unfortunately, check in was extremely difficult in that the address given is not recognized my any map app. The apartment was to be ready by 15:00, but wasn't when we finally were able to get in at 16:00. We were asked to leave for a bit while they finished up, and upon returning the apartment was clean, however, the floors were still a mess.

Lovely flat in a great location. Exactly what i was looking for!

Stayed a week in London. Perfect location to walk to all the big sites. Underground right next door. Flat was nice and comfortable. Hosts were excellent in accommodating our arrival time. Overall the perfect trip!

Amazing Location, comfortable place

Stayed there for just under a week along with my parents. Having the lift available was great when taking luggage up and down. The location can't be beat, 5 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, 10 minutes to Big Ben/Westminster Abbey. St. James Park Tube stop is next door to the building, which made getting around easy. Victoria street is a 5 minute away to great shopping and eats. Pull out sofa bed in the living room was comfortable. Main bedroom was good for my parents. Owner and hostmakers (management company) were easy and friendly to deal with. Hot water was a bit spotty in the washroom, not cold, but not piping hot. Not a big concern. Would stay there again!

Three women friends enjoyed a week long stay in late June. Roomy living room, bedroom and bath. Small but adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. Nice, big windows that opened liberally. Quick and easy response to our plumbing problem. Starbucks and St. James Park Tube stop about a hundred yards away. Pub across the street and our favorite down the block. Corner market next door (even had a good supply of souvenirs). St. James Park, Buck House and Westminster Abbey 10 minute walk. Washer/dryer!! Elevator. Only draw back for me personally was the height of the tub--needed to be super cautious because of a fall last year. And I hate elevators but liked the speed of this one.

Wonderful location!

The flat is so convenient to everything from local to tourist attractions. Tube right around the corner. Great places to eat right down the block. Extra bedding, dishes, kitchen appliances provided. So appreciated the starter food, milk, rolls, jam, coffee provided. Overall clean and comfortable. We did find a dirty, kind of smelly towel in washing machine and old food/dirt under pull out coach. Also had to wait on street a bit, making two calls to individual meeting us there when we first arrived late at night. But, that said, we have already recommended the site to friends and family and would consider renting the flat again.
