Just a heads up, “breakfast included” is just coffee/ OJ and a bread/pastry basket- everything else for a fee. Overall highly recommend.”

“Beautiful hotel on the beach. Staffs were really nice and restaurant was amazing. One thing I enjoyed and was thoughtful, room came with beach bag, cover-up and botanical bug spray. Beds were also very comfortable.”

“Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,……

“Everything was exceptional. Clean, quiet and friendly! Very tropical almost like staying in a tree house. However it is seaweed season and the ocean was unusable because it was excessive and had an odor. The food was delicious as were the drinks. The area has many high end restaurants with entertainment. However the taxi's were expensive for a very short ride. By the way the hotel does not have televisions but in reality it wasn't missed. The option of showering outside privately in your……

“The place was very cute and right in the beach. The staff was amazing, the accommodations were amazing for my stay. The only hiccup for me was the lack of hot water. I took cold showers most days.”

“Do NOT go here!!!! It is closed!!!! They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but……
