「The hotel is cute with the Tulum touch, a place to relax and enjoy nature. The cabins are well equiped, good a/c. The small beach area with the pool are a plus. Restaurant need to improve and have all the ingredients. I ordered 3 meals and they couldn't make it. Meal prices are high 20-30 usd and portions are small. Staff are great and ready to help anytime. They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night.
