「Quiet relax very clean nice staff very friendly」

「This hotel is a facade. It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. 「The rooms were very nice and clean. The inside pool was the best to avoid the Sun and heat. PJ's pizzeria everything on the menu was delicious. Will definitely come again.」

「I think everything was great. My only complaint is that there was a weird loud noise that would come from the air conditioner when it would kick on. Otherwise, it definitely worked. Everything was very clean. The staff (and I mean every single person I came in contact with) was so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!!!」

「Carpet in our room was 100 years old and dirty. The small sofa very old too, kind of expected for an old building but full of stains. The sleeping sofa also old do you could really feel the springs. The hotel is lucky to have such dedicated staff」

「My only complaint was that they didn’t offer a full size mirror and the bathroom was a bit small but overall stay was pleasant and I enjoyed the balcony overlooking Coastal Highway」

「My review is broken down into two categories. One for the Majestic Hotel, and one for this portion of the OCMD boardwalk. As a family of 5, we gave the Majestic Hotel 3 stars. The pricing was cheap and we were able to book pretty last minute. The condition of the hotel is in a pretty deteriorated state. The new owners have made an attempt at "renovating" the building and rooms, but it's been done in a quick, sloppy, and cheap way. Our room had no smoke detector(safety & code violation), stained...

「We had a delightful stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, food is consistently good. We enjoy hanging at the outside venue, with a wonderful staff and live music. This place has been a staple in OC, the only complainant would be that the bathroom in our room could use an update.」

「Our room was clean and on the first floor which was nice. I didn't need to walk down or up many flights of stairs. This hotel is right by the boardwalk which is right between the beach and the hotel. I would totally come to this hotel again.」
