The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. It’s close to almost everything. It’s nice that they have weekend breakfasts. Staff was courteous. Would stay there again!

Second time coming to this hotel. Staff is very accesible and friendly . Room was very clean and comfortable. They have a little restaurant in the lobby and they had really good menu and I dined in the 2 days I was there . Very pleasant experience and will come here again on my next visit !

We were asked to leave our room key anytime we stepped out, we were told we would be charged if we dirtied towels with makeup, if we dirtied linens and then at checkout we had to wait for them to go inspect our entire room. It just felt like we were accused.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y confortables aunque se sienten estrechas pero tienen todo lo necesario. Lo que me agrado es que en la habitación para cuatro personas las camas tienes una separación agradable como se hubiera una división en el diseño que da sierra privacidad no son dos recamaras pero da confort. Es ampliamente recomendable y justificable en el precio además que está bien ubicado. Solo tiene el problema del estacionamiento que está en la parte de atrás pero es independiente del hotel lo que dificulta el acceso. Si tuvieran ballet parking sería perfecto. Las escaleras y el diseño son muy desagradables pero el elevador es muy bueno.

La habitación es de regular tamaño, cumple su función, pero lamentablemente los baños están conectados con los de la habitación contigua y se escucha todo lo que hace tu vecino. En las noches se escucha mucho ruido del personal. Hay mucho por mejorar. Estuve 5 noches y 6 días, los primeros 3 días todo bien, sin embargo dejaron de darnos toallas para manos, éramos dos personas por habitación y solo nos daban una toalla, tienes que bajar hasta recepción para pedir otra toalla. Repito, hay mucho que mejorar en su servicio. La ubicación es más que excelente, la ciudad es pequeña, así que puedes llegar a cualquier lugar caminando incluso. Los desayunos que ofrecen en el hotel son de regular calidad.
