"Kerime at family selection was an excellent help during our stay. All of the staff was gracious and helpful. We had to stay an extra night because of our flight cancellations and the staff helped us stay in the same room to optimize our comfort! The food was delicious at Isla Blanca and all the restaurants. The pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs to relax on. The beach was clean, little to no seagrassum. Would come back here with my family!"

"This was a real oasis! There was such attention to detail - even the garden pathways were meticulously cured daily and lined with beautiful conch shells. Breakfast was abundant and made fresh upon order. We were provided with plenty of fresh drinking water and ice. The staff were excellent! The beach was not exclusively private. The lounge chairs were shared with another hotel and the beach was literally “invaded” with tourist boats (43 just past the buoy). Also the music from the beach club...

"The staff was wonderful. We had the opportunity to work with Krystel, the Expedia Ambassador at Majestic Elegance, and she was extremely helpful, always willing to assist us. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! Kudos to Krystel, Jamilet, and Ricardo from the entertainment team, as well as Alfredo, our server at Mariachi Loco, the Mexican restaurant. They all made our stay incredibly pleasant, and they are the reason my family and I want to come back very soon! Thank you, Majestic Elegance, for a week filled with beautiful memories. "Beautiful facilities. Loved the spacious room. We had 2 queen beds and a couch. Loved the lazy river. (Just wished they could turn off some of the water that they have spraying down under the bridges. You have to go through it and it is hard to hold a drink and not get it wet). The food was delicious! Staff were very friendly! I would go back in the winter months, as I didn't like the sargassum on the beach. (Early June trip)"

"The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. We only had the chance to try one restaurant, Caracol, and the food there was very good. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the buffet very much. The dining area was quite small, very hot, and there were often long lines. There was also a strong sulfur smell around the property, possibly due to the seaweed. We travel to Mexico frequently, and compared to other resorts, the food was not one of the highlights of this hotel. The beach area is rather small, and the music around the pool was extremely loud. However, it was still a nice place to relax on the beach. The water was much darker than at other resorts we have visited. The resort also felt somewhat crowded and compact. We did not like the restaurant reservation system since it is not available through the app. This makes it difficult to get reservations, especially if you are staying for only a short time. On a positive note, the evening shows were very good and entertaining, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"What a beautiful resort! We found it to have a very unique layout with a canal-like waterway throughout (that offers water taxi’s)and a very cool Village area where all the restaurants were along with the outdoor theatre and shopping. The food was good, both at the buffets and at each restaurant, and there was always lots of space by the pool. We also had access to a VIP Concierge service and Dan was awesome with personal check-ins, daily itineraries and restaurant reservation confirmations. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!"
