This was the best vacation ever. Everything was top notch. The room, the service, the restaurants and bars were very luxurious. I would recommend to mature couples or honeymooners. It is also good and safe for solo travelers. Get the ultra all inclusive. You will thank me later.

We loved this place. All staff members were amazing; they were fun and very kind. I recommend the rooftop restaurant and pool. The food and service are incredible. My daughters-in-law and I had a blast, great vacation. Very clean, outrageous staff, beautiful balcony view with a jacuzzi spa, total relaxation. This place is wonderful for adults who want a nice quiet place to relax.

Hotel Mousai is a wonderful property. The staff took care of us from the moment we checked in to check out. Our room was absolutely stunning. We spent alot of time at the rooftop infinity pool. The view is fantastic. The main restaurant on the property Noi was very enjoyable. My only complaint was the time share sales pitch after check in but after that is over the experience at hotel Mousai is amazing.

This is the best hotel ever. The photos don’t show how wonderful and helpful the staff is. Sleek modern amenities with cool extras like a Toto bidet and automatic curtains and Bluetooth speakers in the room. The sunken true hot tub and balcony hammock make it one of the best balconies anywhere and every room is ocean front.

This experience was mind blowing. Have visited multiple hotels but this one is one of its kind. Property, room, cleanliness, amenities were all top notch, but what really stood out was the staff and the food. Food is michelin star grade, without a question. Restaurants DAO, NOI, Bocados were out of this world… When talking abouts staff, i’m basically speechless. Intelligence paired with kindness, manner and they were all seeking to make every single of your moments unforgettable: special thanks to Marcia our concierge, Jose & Jesus the mixologists, and the best waiters EVER Manuel and Yamil on the rooftop, Fernando at NOI. Honestly, i could write this review for hours, was a lifetime exoerience for us to be there. Everything was way beyond our expectations. One thing to keep in mind though: beach is not the best, this is not your place if that is your point. But honestly, Isla mujeres is like 40min away from there, with Playa Norte which is one of the TOP beaches in Mexico. There is also a construction going on next to the hotel, they are bulding Lemuria their new property, but there were little to no discomcofrts about that. They even pay attention to crank up the music when there is noise.

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

Luxurious hotel with top notch staff and food. Loved every minute here. The jacuzzi was the best one I have been in. Couldn't ask for a better vacation.
