We did not receive "keyless entry" and additional registration until our date of arrival. Had we known this we would have logged into wi fi at airport for instructions. Certainly fustrating to arrive at our hotel and can't get in or call staff!Additionally, our room was advertised as having a "pull out couch". None of the rooms had a couch. Our only seating was plastic patio chairs or a wood bar stool. This was disappointing to say the least. Staff told us it was a "misprint!
